Hello! My name is Josh Togle and welcome to my blog! I am currently a freshman at North Central College. My desired major of study currently is finance. I live in Oswego, Illinois so I am close to the Naperville area but originally I was born in the Philippines. When I was three years old I moved to the U.S. from the Philippines. I enjoy different music, and I'll include a link to a recent playlist I made here. In my free time, I also enjoy watching shows so if you have any recommendations I'll happily take them! Something that I also love is traveling but, because of the COVID pandemic, I haven't been able to travel as often as I would like. I am hoping to travel to Japan this summer if I have the chance.
Here at NCC, I am involved with some clubs as I attend meetings and I am also currently the treasurer for the Pinoy club here on campus. I commute to campus every day as my house is only 20 minutes away from the school. I am also involved in the ROTC program here at the school and I do training almost every weekday at 6 am. I have a pretty active lifestyle but I love to relax with my two dogs at home. I'm looking forward to the semester ahead and I hope to have a fun time!
Throughout this semester I hope that this blog can be an interesting place to visit for everyone. I used to not enjoy writing down my day-to-day activities and writing at all but I feel that I have unique experiences that can be shared with a lot of people. I'm not sure yet what will be showcased on this blog as this is my first post but I hope to show a little bit more of my personality and who I am through my writing. Writing this blog will allow me to express myself more creatively and showcase my improvements in writing as well. Overall, this will be a fun experience and will help me personally break out of my comfort zone and allow me to share my thoughts with others.

Hey Josh! First of all, great playlist. Being in ROTC is a cool experience, I'm sure, but I couldn't imagine waking up so early everyday to run as many miles as you have to. Props to you for that discipline. I hope you get to go to Japan this summer!
